Flourish Ventures, SIG Venture Capital Lead $11.3 Million Investment in Fintech Startup SalarySe

SalarySe

SalarySe has secured significant venture capital backing, marking another milestone in India’s dynamic fintech landscape. The Gurugram headquartered startup has successfully concluded an $11.3 million funding round, signaling strong confidence in its employee-centric financial services model.

Strategic Investment Partnership

The funding round was co-led by Flourish Ventures and SIG Venture Capital, two prominent names in the global venture capital landscape. The round also saw continued participation from existing investors Peak XV Partners and Pravega Ventures, demonstrating sustained confidence in the company’s trajectory. This marks the second significant capital infusion for SalarySe, following a $5.2 million seed round completed in January 2024.

Platform Capabilities and Market Position

SalarySe has carved out a distinctive niche by focusing on salaried employees’ financial management needs. The platform offers an integrated solution encompassing credit card management, salary advance facilities, and loyalty rewards optimization. By establishing direct integration with employer payroll systems, the company provides users with comprehensive tools to monitor expenditure, access credit through UPI, and maximize financial benefits.

The startup operates in a competitive environment alongside established players including Fibe, Refyne, Zolve, Navi, KreditBee, Fi, and OneCard. However, its employer-integrated approach provides a differentiated value proposition in the market.

Growth Metrics and Future Plans

According to recent disclosures, SalarySe reported an annual revenue run rate of approximately $1.1 million as of September 2025. The platform currently manages over one million credit cards and 400,000 loyalty program accounts, with more than 100,000 users actively utilizing the application for credit card bill payments.

The newly acquired capital will be allocated toward several strategic priorities, including expansion of technology infrastructure, acceleration of product development initiatives, scaling user acquisition efforts, and strengthening the organizational team. These investments are expected to position SalarySe for sustained growth in India’s rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem.

As digital financial services continue to gain traction among India’s salaried workforce, SalarySe’s focused approach and strong investor backing position it favorably for the next phase of expansion.
