The funding comprised both primary capital infusion and secondary share transactions, facilitating an exit for early investor Xponentia Capital, which had previously backed the venture with approximately $4.5 million in 2021. Following this round, 3one4 Capital emerged as the largest external stakeholder with a 14.12% stake, while Filter Capital holds 10.6%. Founded by husband wife duo Kunal and Kinjal Popat, R for Rabbit operates in the baby products segment with a comprehensive range of offerings, including strollers and other essential baby care items.
