Apple Inc. continues its strategic expansion in India with the announcement of its third official retail store, Apple Hebbal, scheduled to open on September 2, 2025. Located at F-39-F-43, Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bellary Road, Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka, this flagship store represents a significant investment in India’s technology capital.

The Bengaluru location joins Apple’s existing retail presence in the country, which includes Apple BKC in Mumbai and Apple Saket in Delhi. This expansion underscores Apple’s growing confidence in the Indian market, where smartphone penetration and premium device adoption continue to rise among tech savvy consumers.

Complete Product Experience and Premium Retail Design

Apple Hebbal will showcase the company’s complete product portfolio, featuring the latest iPhone models, Mac computers, iPads, Apple Watches, and AirPods. The store design will incorporate Apple’s signature minimalist aesthetic with natural materials and open spaces that encourage customer interaction with devices. The store features vibrant peacock inspired artwork that pays tribute to India’s cultural heritage.

Comprehensive Services and Customer Support

A cornerstone of the retail experience will be the comprehensive service offerings. The integrated Genius Bar will provide technical support, device troubleshooting, and repair services staffed by Apple certified technicians. Additionally, “Today at Apple” sessions will offer hands-on learning experiences covering photography techniques, video editing, music production, digital art, and coding fundamentals.

Customers will benefit from personalization services, including complimentary engraving on select products, allowing for customized Apple devices. The store will also support Apple’s omnichannel retail strategy, enabling customers to place orders online through Apple India’s website and collect purchases directly from the Bengaluru location.

Strategic Market Positioning

The timing of this launch aligns with India’s festive shopping season and positions Apple to capture increased consumer spending during this period. Bengaluru’s status as India’s Silicon Valley, home to numerous technology companies and a substantial population of tech professionals, makes it an ideal location for Apple’s premium retail experience.

This expansion reflects Apple’s broader commitment to the Indian market, where the company has been investing in manufacturing partnerships and local supply chain development, creating a comprehensive ecosystem for sustainable growth in the region.
