The gaming industry is witnessing a significant shift in how studios approach player data analytics. Game State Labs, a newly established artificial intelligence infrastructure company, has successfully secured $2 million in seed funding through a round co-led by PeerCapital and Neon Fund. This investment marks a pivotal moment for the startup as it seeks to address longstanding challenges in player data utilization.
Addressing a Critical Industry Gap
Founded by Aashbir Bhatia, Ashwin Ramakrishnan, and Jagveer Gandhi in 2025, Game State Labs focuses on bridging the gap between data collection and meaningful application. While gaming studios have consistently gathered extensive player information, the technological framework to extract actionable value from this data has remained inadequate. The company’s proprietary systems are designed to decode both player actions and behavioral states, enabling studios to make informed decisions that enhance player lifetime value and optimize advertising expenditure.
Comprehensive Product Suite
Game State Labs has developed three distinct solutions tailored to modern gaming requirements. Their platform delivers accelerated insights that provide studios with deeper understanding of player behavior patterns. The predictive analytics component enables forecasting of player trajectories and preferences, while their hyper personalization technology facilitates real time customization of gaming experiences based on individual player profiles.

Strategic Vision and Market Positioning
The funding will support critical expansion initiatives including product refinement, team augmentation across engineering and commercial functions, and international market penetration. Karthik Prabhakar from PeerCapital highlighted the team’s approach to contextual artificial intelligence as both technically sophisticated and commercially viable. Similarly, Siddhartha Ahluwalia of Neon Fund emphasized that data infrastructure will become a defining competitive factor in the gaming sector.
Future Roadmap
Currently collaborating with select partner studios to implement its platform within operational games, Game State Labs plans to enhance compatibility with prominent game engines while broadening its artificial intelligence capabilities. This strategic approach positions the company to redefine industry standards for player intelligence and personalized gaming experiences, potentially establishing new benchmarks for how studios leverage their first party data assets in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
