Stylework, a prominent SaaS based flexible workspace aggregator, has successfully closed its pre-Series B funding round, raising Rs 30 crore (approximately $3.39 million). The investment round was spearheaded by Equentis Angel Fund, with the company achieving a pre-money valuation of Rs 250 crore ($28.5 million). Additional participation came from notable investors including Karekeba Ventures, Cogniphy AIF Fund, LetsVenture Fund, MoneyVyapaar, and several existing stakeholders.
Company Overview and Market Position
Established in 2016 by entrepreneur Sparsh Khandelwal, Stylework has positioned itself as a comprehensive digital marketplace for flexible workspace solutions. The platform currently aggregates more than 5,000 coworking and managed office centers spanning 125 cities across India. Its extensive network includes partnerships with over 650 workspace operators, featuring industry leaders such as WeWork India, Awfis, Innov8, and Springboard18.
Strong Financial Performance
Stylework’s financial trajectory demonstrates robust growth and sustainability. The company has successfully facilitated transactions for over 70,000 workspace seats while maintaining profitability – a noteworthy achievement in the competitive coworking sector. The organization achieved positive profit after tax (PAT) status in March and concluded FY25 with an EBITDA of Rs 2 crore and PAT of Rs 1 crore. Currently generating an annualized gross merchandise value (GMV) of Rs 280 crore, the company projects impressive growth for FY26, targeting a PAT of Rs 3-4 crore, net revenue of Rs 45-50 crore, and GMV approaching Rs 400 crore.
Strategic Plans for Global Expansion
The fresh capital infusion will catalyze Stylework’s international ambitions. Management has allocated approximately 20-25% of the funding toward introducing its aggregator technology to Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets within the next two to three quarters. European expansion is also on the horizon, with the company exploring acquisition opportunities in the region. Additionally, investments will be directed toward enhancing AI-powered aggregation systems and strengthening the overall workspace ecosystem, positioning Stylework for sustained competitive advantage in the evolving flexible workspace industry.
